based sensors, and geographic information systems, utilizing computer vision
technology.

Foster the development of skills among personnel in Arab institutions responsible for
environmental protection and disaster prevention, focusing on proficiency in computer
vision, remote sensing technologies, and location intelligence.

Activate collaborative efforts within the Arab region for the establishment of early warning
mechanisms, disaster prevention, addressing climate change impacts, and facilitating data
sharing and experience exchange among relevant institutions.

Leverage the full potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms
to achieve the required accuracy and suitability in measuring and analyzing climate
changes.

Strengthen the role of smart cities in mitigating the effects of climate change,
protecting the environment, and preventing disasters by incorporating robust
environmental governance policies into their urban planning strategies.
